If you are experiencing issues accessing your ParentPay account, there are few different ways to gain access.
If you are aware of your Username to get onto ParentPay but are unsure on your password, you can change this at the login in screen. Please find below a few screen grabs which can help you navigate if you are unsure.
If you click on the forgotten login details link, you can enter your username or email associated to your ParentPay account to reset your password.
If you are unaware of both your ParentPay username and password, please let us know in IT via an email to itsupport@saet.co.uk and we can help assist in getting you access to your ParentPay account.
